Our 7-day tented camp package includes 6 wonderful nights at the very popular Oldarpoi mara camp. Odarpoi is nestled within the greater Masai mara and has its own conservancy - Nashulai. Evening game drives are not permitted in the Masai Mara, but in Nashulai they are. Nashulai has a large Hyena clan, Lions, and cheetah’s as the main predators. Enjoy early morning and evening game drives in Nashulai without other vehicles or distractions. This trip also enables guests to visit the many parts of the Mara including a visit to a Masai village, plus the BBC's famous Marsh pride Lions. During the months of July through to October, guests can also experience the great Wildebeest migration with this amazing package.

Scenic drive to Masai Mara

Your ultimate 7 day Masai Mara Safari package commences with a Pick up by one of our representatives from Nairobi airport/hotel. We Drive south toward the spectacular Great Rift Valley for some incredible photography shots. We briefly stop at the Masai town of Narok for a quick tour of the town. We continue the scenic drive through rugged masai land inhabited by wild African wildlife, finally arriving at the camp, where we are welcomed by a Masai tribal dance. After a short break and some lunch, we set upon our first afternoon game drive in the world’s finest wildlife game reserve the “Maasai Mara”. We return to camp for our talented chefs buffet dinner and chat around the fire. After a long day, we retire to our comfortable large permanent tents, for a hot shower and good night’s rest.

Full Day Game Drive In Masai Mara

Early Morning breakfast at the camp, we leave the camp for a full day game drive in the Masai Mara and explore the incredible concentration of diverse African wildlife. We are led by expert Masai driver, the day promises to showcase some of Kenya’s best wildlife including the famous big 5. We take a break for lunch overlooking the great Mara River, made famous by the annual great migration crossing. We return to camp late afternoon for some light refreshments before dinner and a much needed good night’s rest after an action-packed day.

Full Day Masai Mara with Picnic Lunch

We set off for another full game drive in the Masai Mara after breakfast. Lunch is served in the reserve. Today we head in a different direction and explore a different part of the Mara. We return back to camp late in the afternoon for dinner and a good night’s rest.

Cultural visit with an Afternoon/sunset game drive

After breakfast, we set off for a walking safari to visit a maasai village. Here you will enter a maasai home and discover their way of everyday life. The maasai warriors will perform a cultural dance, followed by a performance by the colourfully dressed maasai women. We will visit a new school built through donations from a Sydney fundraiser. We return to camp for lunch and set out for an afternoon game drive in the Masai mara. We return back to camp for a buffet dinner and a good night’s rest.

Full Day Game Drive In Masai Mara with Picnic Lunch

We rise for breakfast. We then set out on a full game day drive in the Masai mara. We set out to explore different areas from the previous days , Lunch is served in the reserve. We return late in the afternoon for refreshments and a buffet dinner.

Hiking and Evening Game Drive in Nashulai Conservancy

Sleep in Day with buffet breakfast served at 8.30am. A half day hiking safari with the Maasai warriors as we climb Mt Oldarpoi. On the 50 min hike up the hill we can find native bushes and shrubs used by warriors to make local medicine and self-hygiene. The breath taking views overlook the mara plains with Serengeti in the back ground. We return to camp for lunch and some afternoon fun. We then set off for an evening / Night game drive in the nearby Nashulai Conservancy in search of the nocturnal predators, before returning for evening dinner at Camp.

Morning Game Drive followed by Nairobi Departure

After breakfast we set off for a quick morning game drive at the Nashulai Conservancy .Thereafter we depart for Nairobi, as we drive through the Maasai lands and still witness wildlife sightings and arriving early afternoon back at the airport / hotel, where our 7-day adventure comes to an end.
