Undecided as to which country to witness the Wildebeest from? Why not do both? The Migration takes place with river crossings of the Mara River in both Kenya and Tanzania (Masai Mara and Serengeti). This safari package offers the best view from both sides of the River. We also focus on the big five and other animals such as zebras, crocodiles, gazelles, and wildebeest, the list is endless! Day by Day

Day 1

Arrival in Nairobi

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International airport, you will be met by our representative who will conduct a short briefing and afterward depart for Masai Mara. Drive via the scenic Great Rift Valley, arriving in good time for lunch at the Overnight at Oldarpoi Mara Camp on Full Board Basis. Check-in and later depart for an Afternoon game.

Day 2

Full Day In The Masai Mara

After early Morning Breakfast departs with packed lunch for a full day game drive, in Masai Mara. Our adventure takes us in search of lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopards, many kinds of antelopes, and elephants. During the months of July to October, the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Our game drive will take you to the famous Mara river crossing points hoping to experience the spectacular wildebeest migration. Overnight is at Oldarpoi mara Camp on Full Board Basis.

Day 3

Cultural Visit and Game Drive

After breakfast, we leave for a Masai village where we get to interact with Maasai Warriors, their wives, and children in their home village! After a very unique and rich cultural experience at the Maasai village, we'll come back to the Lodge for lunch and a rest. We'll head back into the Maasai Mara for an afternoon and sunset game drive, we will stay close to the Mara river and if we have some luck we will experience wildebeest crossing. Overnight is at Oldarpoi Mara Camp on Full Board Basis

Day 4

Full Day Masai Mara

After breakfast, we will set off for a full-day game drive in the Maasai Mara. Today we explore a different area of the Mara as we look for the wildebeest action. We set off with packed lunch and enjoy a full day with a return for the brilliant sunset. Overnight is at Oldarpoi Mara Camp on Full Board Basis

Day 5

Masai Mara Serengeti Transfer

Today after early breakfast we depart Masai Mara for Serengeti via the Isebania border then proceed to Northern Serengeti for Wildebeest exploring crossing the Mara River. Game drive en-route and with picnic lunch along the Mara river for lunch pack as we await to experience the wildebeest crossing the river. The wildebeest are not predicted what time they start to cross the river heading to Kenya. Your guide will use radio call contact with other guides regarding the updates when they start to cross. You will continue with the game drives along the Mara river until the heads start the crossing. Later head to Katikati mara tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 6

Full Day Game Drive in Mara Serengeti

Today after breakfast we depart for Mara river as we await the wildebeest to start crossing over the Mara River. We continue our game drive along the Mara river and explore more wildlife. We hope to have another chance to see the Wildebeest crossing the river heading to Masai Mara in Kenya. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Kati Kati.

Day 7

Serengeti Wildebeest Experience

We will have another wonderful day in Serengeti along the Mara river watching and taking great photos of the crossing. You may have a chance to experience the predators pouncing on their prey during this crossing. Dinner and overnight is at Serengeti Kati Kati.

Day 8

Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, we depart for the Ngorongoro conservation area with a game drive en route and enjoy a picnic lunch at a site within Serengeti. You may pass by the Olduvai gorge to have to learn some history on the earliest evidence of the existence of human ancestors. Dinner and overnight at Rhino Lodge.

Day 9

Ngorongoro Crater Tour/Departure

After early morning breakfast, we depart the lodge and head to the Ngorongoro crater. We descend 600metres on the Ngorongoro floor for a game drive. Explore over 2500 species of fauna and flora found in the crater including the endangered black rhino species. We enjoy our picnic lunch over the hippo views at the pool. After lunch, we depart the crater and head to Kilimanjaro airport arriving in good time for our outbound flight.
