4 Day Mara Flying Safari

This four-day Flying Masai Mara Safari is ideal for visitors who want to visit Masai Mara but don't want to spend the 5 to 6-hour road trip from Nairobi. Instead, we can offer a safari flight package that includes a one-hour flight from Wilson Airport in Nairobi to Masai Mara. The flight is on a light aircraft that can seat between 15 and 40 passengers depending on the airline and passenger load. When you arrive in Masai Mara, a Driver-Guide and vehicle will be waiting for you to begin your safari. Passenger baggage is restricted to 15 kilos per person. These fly-in safaris in Kenya are typically conducted as group tours, which means your Safari vehicle will not be private.

Nairobi – Masai Mara Game Reserve

Transfer to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to Mara in the morning. Your checked baggage allowance is strictly limited to 15 kilograms. Board your flight to Masai Mara - flight time is around one hour: Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred from the airstrip to your overnight Camp in a 4x4 safari vehicle by the Lodge's Driver guide. Proceed to the Camp for lunch and some downtime. Later in the afternoon, go on a safari game drive to explore the outlying areas of the Mara and witness its wonderful animals. Return to the camp in time for dinner that evening.

Full Day Masai Mara Game Reserve

Today, you'll need to get up early for your 6.15 a.m. Safari game drive, during which you'll witness even more of Mara's incredible animals. The ideal times to see animals are early in the morning and late in the afternoon. Return to the Camp for a leisurely breakfast - the rest of the morning is at your leisure. The resort features a swimming pool but also provides a choice of add-on activities, such as nature walks and a visit to a Maasai village [Optional activities such as Maasai Village Visit and Nature walks are available at an additional cost - please enquire with us]. After lunch, go on a mid-afternoon safari game drive to learn more about the reserve. By the evening, return to the Camp.

Masai Mara - Nairobi

Before breakfast, go on an early morning game drive. Return to the camp in time for a quick breakfast. Proceed to the checkout. You will now bid farewell to Masai Mara and be transferred to Mara airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi [flying time approximately 1 hour]. When you arrive in Nairobi, our driver guide will be waiting for you at Wilson Airport to take you to your hotel or the international airport.
